What payment options do you offer?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept payments via Paypal.

Are payments on the EMPAWR website secure?

Your credit card security and data privacy are our upmost priority. We have developed our website using Shopify. Shopify is certified Level 1 *PCI DSS compliant, the highest and most stringent of the PCI DSS levels.

*The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a security standard for organizations that handle credit and debit card information. The standard was created to increase controls around payment data to reduce fraud. This compliance extends by default to all stores powered by Shopify, and ensures that payments made on empawr.com is safe and secure.

When will I receive my order?

We ship packages within 3 business days of order. The estimated delivery time is 6-13 days for shipping to the U.S. with tracking and 2-8 days for shipping to Canada with tracking. For international orders, the estimated arrival date will be shown within the tracking link. During sale seasons and holidays, your package may take slightly longer to arrive.

How can I update or cancel my order once placed?

We may be able to cancel your order within 5 hours of purchase. Please email us at emTeam@empawr.com. Our office hours are Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. We strive to process and ship your order upon purchase. As much as we would love to assist, we cannot guarantee that we can update or cancel. Once the order has been shipped, we offer returns and exchanges. Please refer to Returns & Exchanges for more information.

How can I check the status of my order?

Your tracking number is on your shipping confirmation email. If you have trouble finding your tracking number, please email us at emTeam@empawr.com. Our office hours are Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST and we are happy to provide your tracking number as well as an update for you.

Can I use a promo code on top of another promotion?

You can only use one promo code for each order at checkout. Promotions advertised on the website without a code are automatically applied and a promo code cannot be applied on top of it.

 

Shipment

What are the shipping fee and delivery timeline?

United States
US orders generally takes 6-13 business days to be delivered with tracking.
With exception of promotional shipping announced on our announcement bar, we offer a discounted flat shipping rate of $6.99 USD. Tracking Numbers are then updated within 1-3 business days and you will receive an email confirmation once your package has been shipped.

Canada
Canadian orders generally takes 2-8 business days to be delivered.
With exception of promotional shipping announced on our announcement bar, we offer a discounted flat shipping rate of $9.99 CAD. Tracking Numbers are then updated within 1-3 business days and you will receive an email confirmation once your package has been shipped.

International
For international orders, shipping cost will be calculated based on the item's size, weight and country at checkout. Tracking Numbers are then updated within 1-3 business days and you will receive an email confirmation once your package has been shipped. Please note that any taxes and customs fees in regard to your purchase are to be held responsible by the customer. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Can I modify my shipping address after my order is placed?

We may be able to modify your shipping address after your order is placed within 5 hours of purchase. Please email us at emTeam@empawr.com.
